How the ranking works
Every business is scored 0–100 from six signals, weighted so that customer satisfaction and service matter most. Businesses are only ever compared against others in the same category and neighbourhood.
Customer satisfaction
30%Your ratings across Google and Yelp, adjusted for how many reviews you have and how consistent they are across platforms.
Service quality
20%What customers actually write about — friendly staff, short waits, cleanliness, value — read from your reviews.
Popularity & reputation
15%How many people have reviewed you, whether you show up on more than one platform, and organic mentions.
Digital presence
15%A clean, secure, mobile-friendly website that's easy to find and use.
Search visibility
10%Whether people can find you in regular search for your category and neighbourhood.
AI visibility
10%Whether AI assistants recommend you when someone asks for the best in your category.
